Don Feeney

About Me

Don Feeney is an independent consultant and researcher on gambling policy. Don served on the Board of Directors of the National Council on Problem Gambling from 2002 to 2016 and was president from 2011 to 2013. He is co-founder and past president of the Minnesota Alliance on Problem Gambling. Don holds a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard, a master’s degree in statistics from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor of science degree in applied mathematics from Brown University. In 2017, Don was awarded the National Council’s Msgr. Dunne lifetime achievement award for advocacy.
