Paul Hoang, LCSW, has almost two decades of direct service, program development and evaluation, training, and management experience at nonprofit, for-profit and government settings. Hoang’s passion for more effective and efficient approaches to address behavioral health disparities, and enhance outreach, engagement, and treatment approaches led him establish a nonprofit organization, Viet-CARE (2008), and a for-profit community behavioral health clinic and training center, Moving Forward Psychological Institute (2015). For the past thirteen years, Hoang has organized and conducted training and conferences locally and statewide. In 2018, Hoang developed his Active-Prevention-Intervention Crisis Response Model to prevent crises, save lives and reduce cost.
