Since November 1, 2015, Stacey Luna Baxter is the Executive Director of the California Gambling Control Commission. Stacey’s prior experience includes 14 years with the Office of the Attorney General’s Department of Justice (DOJ) in various executive and leadership roles including Senior Manager of the Division of Law Enforcement and its California Witness Relocation and Assistance Program, and the Assistant Bureau Chief for the DOJ’s Bureau of Gambling Control for three years. In addition, Stacey worked eight years with the Department of Consumer Affairs where she held various positions, including the Lead Budget Analyst and Legislative Coordinator.
